Founder & CEO
ken barnes
Ken Barnes is a seasoned executive with expertise in both the private and nonprofit sectors. As a visionary and operational leader, much of his work has focused on strategic planning and driving organizational change and growth. He is an expert in business transformation, organizational design, workforce planning, and the implementation of new ideas. He has a unique ability to not only identify new opportunities, but in maximizing revenue and developing existing talent within a company.
Over the past two decades, Ken has served as a CEO, interim CEO, and management consultant to boards of companies large and small. He has led technology startups, as well as nonprofit social services and public policy advocacy organizations. Ken is known for recruiting talent from groups which are often overlooked, including veterans, seniors, persons living with disabilities, and professionals reentering the workforce after a career break. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University in the City of New York, and an MBA from Philadelphia’s Drexel University.
